The Eiffel Tower is one of the most photographed structure in the world, yet I believe seldom anybody actually took the time to appreciate this very fine and intricate structure. It was meticulously put together with thousands of girders, with careful consideration both to the engineering construction and aesthetics outlook of the tower. Consider the engineering limitation at the time of construction, together with the fact that it held its title of tallest man-made structure for 41 years, its construction is no mean feat. It should be looked at as an engineering wonder as well as a work of art.
