Hardly a good picture

Somewhere near Tokyo, Japan

What is a good picture?  Hard to say, really.  To a grand parent, any picture of their grand child properly focused and exposed is already a good picture.  To anyone, a good picture could just be a picture that shows what he/she intends to show. 
It was raining quite hard, and I just wanted to record the scene.  In this sense, this is the picture I want.  Still, not a good picture, I'll say.
My thought goes out with the people in Japan -- what happened two days ago was such a horrific tragedy.
