Reflections under a lotus pond

Reflections
I've been away for two days - this is the reason. Shooting lotus is a very popular camera sport here - I call it "camera sport" because the very act of crowding over a lotus pond, heavy duty cameras in hand, high power telephoto lens mounted, and squirt gun ready nearby is a very common "sport" practiced by a lot of "photographers" in this season of early summer.  (The squirt gun is for putting that extra water bead on that far away lotus leave, if you arrive too late and those collected over the night have been evaporated by the searing sun.)  In fact, lotus shooting tours are filling up quicker than the casino going groups, and news of lotus flowering periods are readily available over the net.....
I guess I got saturated with photos of lotuses and therefore, I was searching for something else....
The reflections of these backlit lotus leaves and the unsaturated out-of-focus colors of those nearby render this a water-color-esques look.  I guess I should also post a picture of a lotus..... here you go....
