At an intersection

Early Morning, Chang Chun

I was up early and just wandered off the hotel in downtown Chang Chun in Northern China.  While this was one of the major metropolitan in China, there still existed these ancient tricycles. The early morning sun, although striking at a very low angle, was harsh enough for people out in the open.  To a photographer, the long shadows with the "contre-jour" lights were a godsend.  Unfortunately, it was never easy to come upon the perfect background in this busy city intersection.  May be better luck some other time.
